Support local queer artists! Queer Craft Maine was founded in fall 2021 with the goal of creating more queer focused visual art events for Maine’s queer arts community. We began with our first event: the Queer Craft Winter Market 2021 and have been organizing seasonal markets ever since!
We also have weekly and monthly programming focused on building community crafting and appreciating art together!
We have a weekly queer craft club that meets in the Equality Community Center on Thursdays from 5-8pm.
This year, one Thursday each month has been dedicated to a volunteer led workshop. Reserve tickets HERE!
Also, each First Friday we organize a rotating art gallery in the ECC that is open from 5-8pm. Artists can apply for a spot HERE!
